Action Turnip is a Canabalt plus shooting Time Waster (where you're a turnip!)

If you've played and loved Canabalt, the high-speed, one-button jumping game, you'll probably enjoy Action Turnip. Just as in Canabalt, your character moves forward automatically, and you avoid obstacles by timing your jumps. Unlike in Canabalt, you're a turnip with firepower. Seriously, you play as a turnip.

Action Turnip combines the familiar running action with enemies you can shoot down using the mouse. Your job is to stay alive and keep moving forward, because the longest survival time gets a high score. You can also pick Turnabalt Mode, where there are no enemies, just jumps. If you're going to do that, though, you should just play Canabalt, or the quirky, brilliant spin-off, Robot Unicorn Attack.
